We moved into our Prospect home just under two weeks ago and have to say we are thrilled by the support we have received by the team.
The site manager Kieron has been so proactive in getting the initial snags sorted. He along with Mark (customer care) have been brilliant.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us on this journey from reservation to completion and beyond.
I have recently purchased on Mitton Grange and can not praise the staff enough from initial enquiry through to purchase.
Every question asked was replied to by Barbara , Jasmin and Maggie in a professional speedy manner and latterly Zoe .
The assistant site foreman ,Sam , is a total credit to the company -very knowledgeable and quick to assist in any matter.
This is my 4th new build purchase and without a doubt the best in workmanship , care and attention given to the build. I would recommend purchasing on Mitton Grange to anyone looking at moving to the Whalley area.
The show homes are really nice and well presented. Also the Prospect staff were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and informative without being pushy which hadn’t always been the case at “other” builders visited.
We we’re advised of all the options available and not pressured into making any rash decisions and would thoroughly recommend anyone interested in the area to pay a visit.

We are currently in the final stages of purchasing our forever home with Prospect. To say the process has been hard would be an understatement!!
We cannot thank Prospect enough for the support we have received throughout the whole process. From reservation right the way through to the stage we are at now they have given us guidance and I honestly don’t know how we could have got to where we are now without them.
Zoe in particular has been amazing, she is always at the other end of the phone whenever we needed her. She is very proactive and knowledgeable which has been a massive help. Cannot wait to be in our dream home!!
